Blacklist Lip Service Lace Crochet Maxi Skirt, Ruffles Witchy Goth Rare Black

This gorgeous flouncy lined lace skirt from Blacklist / Lip Service is a 2006 sample. There are 3 layers; an under slip, a longer sheer layer with a ruffled tier and the top lace layer with a frilly ruffle. The lace is gorgeous and has a subtle cobweb pattern in the design. It is a substantial skirt and weighs 24ozs! The waistband is approx. 5 1/2" wide and has softly pleated / ruched fabric across it, there is also a very long sash in the same sheer fabric affixed at each side which can be tied into a bow. There is a partial back zipper. Like new from a pet-free and smoke-free home. I have never worn this skirt as it didn't fit me when I got it years ago. It has a "sample" tag and no size label. No size tag; The wide waist band is approximately 13.5" in the middle (27"). Length approximately 45" ~~I am also listing a matching cami with corset style lacing.
