rhines13@joyleath07 Hello, they are thigh high. The calf circumference is about 6.5 inches and the top is 8 inches but it has stretch and is very flexible. I have larger calves and they fit me. My foot was just too wide and didn’t look right in the boot but they fit. Hope this helps.
