I had to clip the waist to my Size 2 dress form, with the tie pulled as fitted as it got. There is a slot in the center of the waistband through which to pull one of the ties. The skirt measures 35.5” long. Laid out flat (unwrapped), the waist measures 52” wide across. You can tie it anywhere, I liked it tied on the side. Just shy of a maxi on me, I wore it sari style, low on my waist. EUC.
