What is the fabric? Is there stretch to it and is the length a cropped or regular length

@fernajenn sorry, I didn’t catch the notification of a comment. This is full length, not cropped. The material has great strength and very comfortable. I only got the chance to wear it once before I lost too much weight to wear it again.
