Apple AirPods Max Purple 💜 **please read description

*Please read: I got them in January of 2025 and never ended up using them. They are practically brand new and have never left my desk. After there was no buying interest on Poshmark for a year, I decided to just keep them so I plugged them in to charge and tried to use them … only to discover that leaving them to sit for over a year somehow caused the internal battery (?) to die. So they will not hold a charge. If I plug them in to charge, the light comes on and they connect to my phone showing a 1% battery charge and then die because they cannot hold a charge. After looking at the Apple support site, it seems to be a super common problem with these headphones! I don’t really want to deal with having them fixed so I’m selling them super discounted in the hopes that someone may want to buy them and have them fixed as it would still be much cheaper than buying new. It looks like the starting rate for battery service with Apple is $79. Case (lilac) and charging cable included. Box not included! ** serial numbers shown in photos! **
