Rare Moschino 2008 Runway Silk Red Maxi Dress Puffball Bubble Hem Womens Size 8

This dress is EVERYTHING A rare find from the Moschino 2008 archives. Made in Italy. The dress is the most perfect shade of red. Made of 100% silk. It has the most interesting feel/hand. It feels like nylon, which gives the dress the most avant-garde contemporary look. It’s truly one of a kind and a style that is trending for 2025. Details like the knotted neckline and gathers at the seams with a dropped waist and full skirt complete with pockets give a laid back super cool look. (skirt is lined with tulle inside of the lining to give some pouf) The garment in the image is a red, ruffled midi/maxi dress with a puffball skirt, showcased during the Moschino Spring/Summer 2008 collection. Puffball skirts, also known as bubble skirts, are characterized by their rounded shape and have seen resurgences in popularity since their emergence in the 1950s, notably in the 1980s and the 2000s. They are currently trending again in 2025 - see additional stock images from current designers for reference. The lead runway image is the actual dress from the Milan runway in 2008!! How incredible!
