dickandmimi @rlongw I added more information to the listing and provided a photo of the measurements you inquired about. It's 15 inches across. The tag says medium though it runs smaller. I am 5'5" and a size 6. It does fit but with the fabric and lining, it feels tight in the upper arm. A bit of a struggle to put on due to the thick lace band and no side zipper. Once it's on, all is The lace band makes me hesitate pulling it over my chest but it has been done. Thanks for inquiring.
