modaba @emilymiller925 hi! This dress has a total circumference of: 30” for the Waist, 34” for the Bust. Based on the measurements you shared it should fit well. The waist might be a little snug but the dress has some give, so if you are comfortable with that, I would say it is reasonably good match for you. Besides being a beautiful dress of course!
