The buttons are made of shell. There are no fabric, size or care tags on this piece. I would guess it is all cotton and the back has a slight linen look (see last photo). The approximate measurements are 19.5" pit to pit and 21.5" shoulder to hem. Based on these measurements, it runs like a medium. Thanks for visiting my closet!
