Bag has 2 small open outside side compartments under a front half flap, which also has a short zippered pocket. The back has a large open compartment with a hidden magnetic snap plus an ID holder on the outside. Once you open the flap, there is a zippered compartment with pen holders and credit card slots. The inside has 1main compartment with 2 open side pouches trimmed in leather and a side zippered compartment with a leather FOSSIL label. 1.5" wide leather strap with a buckle. It is adjustable up to approx. 22". It is in very good and clean condition with no rips or tears or odors that I can detect but there is normal wear in leather.
