How cute would this be for 4th of July?! Bought this hoping it would fit my babe by then, but looking like she'll be too little to fit in it. Such an adorable vintage find! Brand is Toddle Time by Penn-Prest, which when I researched it is vintage JC Penney's. Cute and easy ties at the shoulders, and snaps at the bottom. Tiny part of the stitches came out near one of the shoulder straps but not very noticeable and still very wearable (see photo). Thin and breezy material perfect gingham and floral material perfect for summer!
