Waterproofing is 2-layer GORE-TEX PACLITE Plus waterproof breathable laminate. Jacket is hip length, approximately 9.5 ounces in weight. New without tags. No tears, stains, or other flaws. Turned out to be too small for me, but I’d missed the return window. Non-smoking home.
