Vintage Sleeveless Back Button Dress in great vintage condition! Round neck and cap sleeves. Large buttons down the back. Zippered lining under the buttons. Fitted skirt under two panels that make it look like a full skirt. Puffy cord tie belt. The material has a cotton/polyester feel with no stretch. The size is a vintage 8, which seems a bit smaller to me. Check measurements below.
