Hooded (French Lieutenant’s Woman, that’s Meryl Streep if this is too old a reference), three velvet buttons, fully lined, pockets. They used to call it an opera length cape…vintage 1950s-65. Forced to choose a size although none is listed. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was hand made bc I can’t find a label. Did my best with the photos and included over exposed ones so you can see some of the details better.
