@moutusir hi, the measurement is 14.25" unstretched, with the elastic it will easily stretch up to 18". So 28.50" to 39" full circumference.

@moutusir ... no worries. The skirt can definitely stretch further, but that was without really pushing the elastic. I love these skirts, cute and simple. I'm tall, so it's just a tiny bit short for me.
