Reposhing this item I purchased from @delmarvatreas. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Waist: approximately 19 1/2 inches, measured at 2” below top of waistband Length: approximately 19 1/2” Beautiful skirt, very well tailored around waistband— some of these skirts are not as carefully pieced together.
