GREAT CONDITION! ONLY WORE ONCE!
Stylish black halter dress with velvet bodice and satin "pouf" design layered skirt. Some of the pictures make the skirt look gray but it’s black. The back is elastic shirred so it's stretchy. The strap around neck is 16 inches around and closes with three buttons. I purchased this dress new and only wore one time.
