Gorgeous lightweight hat constructed out of layered breathable sinemay in red white and blue. Hidden satin band inside for comfort with adjustable string for a secure fit. Adorned with a red white and blue flower out of organza with feather detail. Hat can be reshaped and the edges are bendable. NOTE: very faint makeup powder smudge on inside of satin strip from trying on. Hat is NWT just tried on. Unfortunately I decided to wear a different dress and hat.
