Size 7 girls dress

Great for spring, summer, Easter. Light blue fancier dress, little girl size 7, American princess brand. Ruffle-y skirt, top has a flower look texture/ruffle. It was worn a couple times. I found one tiny dark spot on the skirt-see picture. It’s untreated. Small seam area is ripping in skirt, I didn’t even notice it until I was examining it closely. I don’t see any other issues.
