Has staining on backside - have tried to remove unsuccessfully. Great shoulder bag. Holds a ton. Front side only has 3 little dots near the bottom right corner. Pictures show problems. Inside is spotless. I love the look but can physically no longer wear shoulder bags. Purchased in a Coach store in Wisconsin that has since closed.
