@leighdunn113 I’m in between sizes, 8 - 8 1/2 and those fit me. My best advice would be to measure your foot length from longest toe to your head and see how it compares to the footbed measurement I have shown in pictures to give to you better guess as to how it would fit on your foot. Hope this helps
