Vintage Gold and Green Ice Skater Brooch

Vintage gold-tone and light green and ivory enamel girl ice skater. Tiny rhinestones form the ruffle at the bottom of the skating dress. Face of the girl is not real defined, hair is black. Brooch measures 1 3/4" tall with a gold-tone back, pin and foldover clasp. In good vintage condition, the last slide shows 2 small spots where enamel is worn. I think it looks part of the skating dress and does not detract from appearance. Not sure of the age, belonged to my grandmother so estimate 1940's?
