70s Vintage Pink White and Grey Floral Shirt Dress with Fringe Belt

This is a gorgeous 1970s vintage shirt dress. Made of poly, it’s a floral printed pattern in white pinks blacks and greys. It has a gathered waist and buttons from the neck to waist with black buttons. It is long sleeved and collared. It has two belts - a thin belt and a thicker belt that has fringe on the end.
