When you say one of the arms needs to be tightened, are you meaning that the screw needs to be tightened or at the arm is bent and needs to be bent back into place (or neither, could totally be reading the description wrong…)

@alyssacur the arm isn't bent, but the screw that holds the arm onto the frames is loose and needs to be tightened. I don't have a tiny eyeglass screwdriver to tighten it or else I would have taken care of it!
