Oh hell, don't even ask me when I bought this one. I'd need to borrow a time machine to go that far back. Seriously. This skirt is definitely a piece I acquired in the mid to late 90s. I know I take good care of my clothes, but dang! Even I have to second glance this because of how new it looks. The black color has no fade that I can see. All seams are strong... I can't find any issues. The courderoy has no areas of rub off that I can see. The skirt was manufactured by "Liquid x". It's a 97/3 cotton/spandex blend. There is a well working front zip closure with a top button embossed with the "Liquid x" logo. It comes with a extra wide statement belt that is thread through the skirts 8 belt loops. The belt has silver hardware, and a 3-prong closure. The belt is in beautiful condition. It looks like leather, but I cannot guarantee that it is because it's not labeled as such. The design of this belt allows you maximum customization on sizing. This is a beautiful piece. All measurements are approximate: Waist: 28" Length: 14" The belt width is 2.5"
