Super cute Ulla Johnson dress! Smocking in the middle, so can be worn as mini or pulled down longer if you’re tall! Loose fitting- unsure of the size, but fits me well and I am a size small, typically dress size 4-6. But it is flowy and could likely fit a medium as well! Super cute!
