Colorful and FULL! NF brand cotton skirt, very long...lots of fabric, considered "one size fits most". (Measurements to follow) Color is a pale chartreuse with teal polka dots. Elastic waist. Attached ties to make a bow at the waist. Hand dyed. There are several areas where you can see little color specks from the hand dying process, noted in last 3 pics. 100% Cotton. Waist - 27" stretches to about 40" Length - 40" Would make an amazing Easter skirt.
