Does this run small, or is it pretty exact in sizing? Also, would the cup size for the dress possibly accommodate a DD-DDD?

@junkyardblues the fabric is stretchy, but the reason I say it fits more like a large is the fact the cups struggle to accommodate a C. I should probably be more specific about that in the description.
