Elastic waist + drawstring capris - size 16W - waist 32" stretchable to 42", hips 47" Both pieces in GUC but note that top is a bit more faded than capris due to extra laundering. Both are a Linen/Rayon blend, machine washable, light iron. Breezy and comfortable for spring & summer.
