lisadubon Is this dress true to the stock picture? The color in the home photos is much brighter and honestly makes this dress look more matronly. I want soft colors and am worried that this isn’t

lisadubon @bbowmanaz Thanks. I’m debating. I’m looking for a mother of the bride dress but I typically shop in juniors. Women’s clothes don’t fit me well and Ive always been the mom that doesn’t do mom clothes. I’m surprised that I’d be a 6. My measurements are 35 1/2- 25 - 35 which is pretty small. I’m only a 6 because of the bust size. I’m glad the colors are soft though

dewey1836 @bbowmanaz Here’s my dilemma. The smallest i see they make this is a size 4 so I know I need to get it altered. That I can get figured out at a cost of course, if they can bring a 6 to a 0 or 00 which I must find out. Rule of thumb is two sizes down is the most. The other issue is whether my wife will think she looks fabulous when she holds it up to her face. Would you consider a potential return( all to and from shipping costs at my expense) prior to ANY alterations?

bbowmanaz @dewey1836 Due to the structure of the dress, I don't think they would be able to drop it down 3 sizes. I've done a lot of sewing and alterations on my own clothes. In order for it to be absolutely perfect they would have to alter every seam and layer or take the dress apart, cut it to fit her then put it back together again.
