Do they have any stretch?

@alyssaso I think they have a little stretch. I have to go do the stretch test and double check the tag. I'm not near them at the moment but will be this afternoon.
waist says 29 but they measure 17" laying flat across the waist so they are a little bigger than it says.
maybe because of the lower waist? I dunno. I'll shoot u the stretch factor ASAP 😘
