Velvet Asymmetrical Navy Blue Sexy Dress

This beautiful navy blue mini dress with an asymmetrical front and side ruching will make you stand out in any crowd! The adjustable straps and overall style will snatch you in at the waist while the navy blue velvet material catches the light perfectly! The dress is in good used condition but because I got it a long time ago and cut out the tag (see picture) I don’t remember the brand and I THINK it’s a size small but see the pictures for exact measurements. I found a very similar dress on Windsor that is no longer available that shows how it fits (I added the pictures above).
