Pre-loved and in good condition. Completely clean inside, no stains. Purse was kept stuffed and in a dust bag, so it is structurally sound. Handles show no sign of wear. Comes with a crossbody strap. Flaws: Some minor glue marks on the stitching on one side; been there since I bought it, but very small and unnoticeable. Also, some of the gold has worn off on the zipper.
