Junior Girl's Bright Yellow Summer Dress, Balloon Sleeves, Mini Dress, XS, NWT

This is a cute brand-new dress perfect for summer. It has balloon sleeves and in a mini dress style. Bright, eye catching yellow in size extra-small. Measurements are in the pictures. There is a makeup stain on the back that I pointed out. Would probably come out with a stain treatment and a wash. I do have it pictured, although it didn't show on camera very well.
