Vintage 1980's Dress with Belt, Breli Originals, Black Floral Print, Lace Collar

Charming vintage 1980s dress with a scattering of multicolor flowers on a black background. This screams Cottage or Grandma Core to me. Half length puffed sleeves. Very pretty neckline with rounded lace Peter Pan collar and a keyhole opening in back. Pleats all round the skirt from the waist down, and a matching belt. Elastic Waist.Tea length. Label Reads: Breli Originals, Made in USA and does have a Union made label. Its a 80's size 10, but do see measurements. I didn't see a contents tag but it looks and feels like a rayon or poly. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 44" Waist: 26" at rest up to 37" fully stretched Belt: holes are 27" up to 31.25" Hips: loose Shoulder to Waist: 16.5" Shoulder to bottom hem: 45" Please note: This is a vintage, preworn and/or preloved item, and as such is one of a kind and not eligible for returns or refunds.
