leiadahn @david022291 Hello and thank you for your question!! Due to the shape of the garment, it is very hard to get a pit to Pit/chest measurement. My best guess is approximately 18 inches. I had my daughter try it on, she wears a large/x-large, and it fit her, but is wasn't as flowy as it should be. I would say it would fit a medium or smaller best, but could go Large, just wouldn't be as flowy. Hope this helps!
