Feather mini skirt NEW

New with tag. Brand is Choies. Polyester and feathers. Black satin lining. Elastic waist. Size is Large, but this runs small, so I’m listing it as a medium. I would say 8-10. Waist band is about 15” across not stretched. Skirt is about 20” across at the widest point. Approximately 20” from top of waistband to bottom of hem. Beautiful black feathers with green shimmer. From a non-smoking, pet-friendly home.
