Vintage 1980s 1990s Dress, Volup Navy Blue Mexican Oaxaca Embroidered Floral

Charming vintage embroidered dress from Mexico, circa the 1980s or 1990s. Navy blue with embroidered flowers in a rainbow of colors and a big shawl collar all round. Elastic round the neckline so one can wear it down over the shoulders or up depending on what you refer. This is loose, easy and lightweight and I've shown it as is and with a belt so you can see how it would like either way. Larger, or extra large size, but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. Near mint. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist Armpit to armpit across bust: 48" when pulled taut Waist: 46" Hips: 46" Shoulder to bottom hem: 37" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
