Has this dress been dry cleaned or washed in the washer?

No signs that it has been washed - the fabric is beautiful wool blend. I can't tell if it was dry cleaned.

@drkf can you measure the chest? I'm concerned that if it's been washed, it might have shrank and won't fit.
