Measurements - PTP - 18” stretches to 21.5” Length shoulder to hem - 25” Ribbed 94% cotton, 6% elastane. Stretchy, soft and comfortable. Dress up or down. Patches on shoulder look like suede but are polyester. Stitching detail on patches as well. Great top!
