Gorgeous navy blue halter neck midi dress. The stencil cutouts in the pleated skirt really elevate the look of this otherwise simple dress. Halter neck with tie at back, empire waist. Gorgeous and comfortable, I’ve just run out of reasons to wear it. Measurements in photos! Slight deodorant stain at pits but likely to come out with fresh dry clean!
