It's a two-piece set. It comes with the rolling luggage which also doubles the backpack and then it also has a smaller daypack. Both are in good condition. The wheels on the luggage need to be replaced. You can buy them on Amazon. Eagle Creek has a lifetime warranty as well. I'm sure they can help you with How to replace them.. There's actually a YouTube video on it. It's really not difficult.
