ingachka @realityshowez they were shipped within 48 hours. if you check the tracking information, you will see an alert that there is “Midwest weather issues” and shipping is delayed. Estimated delivery date is December 8.

ingachka @realityshowez I absolutely hate that Poshmark stopped doing the two day shipping. It is now ground shipping. So cheaper for them, Yet, they still take the same percentage. Buyers and sellers are now at the mercy of the postal service. Trust me, I want you to get the purchase as soon as possible, as much as you do! You get the item, I get paid. 🤷‍♀️🙁

realityshowez @ingachka That is not true. They were NOT shipped out within two days. You printed the label day one, then after 5 days Poshmark had to contact you about shipping them (all documented), then on 12/1 (5 days later) usps received the shoes after you finally dropped them off.

ingachka @realityshowez Poshmark gives sellers up to 7 days to ship an order! The platform recommends sellers ship within 2 days - you bought on 11/26, they were shipped on 11/29! ORDER DATE - 11/26! 11/27 & 11/28 Thanksgiving! 11/29 - dropped off at post office 12/1 - scanned in to the system 12/1 - 12/6 - traveling to you! Go read the tracking info please!

ingachka @realityshowez You bought Wednesday. THURSDAY AND SUNDAY post office is closed. Instead of Friday, they were dropped off on Saturday! That’s TWO DAYS after purchased day! (Even though I technically have SEVEN DAYs to ship the item.)

realityshowez @ingachka of course I read the tracking info. Poshmark had to send you a prompt to ship! As you MUST know, you could have shipped the day of purchase. Thanksgiving is not on two days, as you write above. You could have shipped out on Friday after Thanksgiving, or that Saturday (it would have stated accepted by usps on 11/29, instead it said 12/1 it was accepted.) I’ve been selling for years on poshmark, I know how the shipping works. Still, here we are almost TWO weeks since I purchased.

ingachka @realityshowez Instead of being completely grateful and jumping for joy, you are complaining that I did not ship to you ON THE DAY OF THE SALE! When as a seller I have 7 days to ship! And expect me to ignore my family on Thanksgiving, but run to the post office so you can get your shoes a day earlier! 🤣 Anyway, I will consider this sale as a donation - for the goodwill of the world.

ingachka @realityshowez As a buyer, you also have the option to cancel the sale if it has not shipped within seven days which you did not do! WHY? BECAUSE YOU COULDN’T, since they were scanned into the system after being shipped after two days!
