cassieshanesy@ehedge898 I’m sorry but I’m confused lol what does the waist measure laying flat and does it stretch to Like 18’ 1// inches when stretched? My prob is my legs are super skinny and my hips are small As well so skirts that are bigger in the hip area look awful, it’s obviously a slim fit but it looks like it’s so big in the hip Area then fits tight in the leg , sorry for All The Questions just don’t want to buy another item that I won’t wear lol

ehedge898@cassieshanesy I measured across the thigh area and it was about 21 inches across. that's where I got the 42 from. I am away on a trip and not able to measure the waist right now.
