This Dress Barn suit jacket has an open front and 3/4 sleeves. It features a gorgeous black and white abstract pattern, but still has a great tailored silhouette to give you a slimming shape! There are shoulder pads sewn in that could be removed. The only flaw is a manufacturers flaw - some of the interior stitching can be seen up close along the hem of the sleeves and bottom, but you really have to look for it to see it (pictured).
