This elegant black sleeveless dress features a chic design with subtle embellishments. Criss cross back is beautiful I’m obsessed 😍 perfect for a cruise, date night, cocktail party, New Year’s Eve, wedding guest, etc. I believe this dress could be from the 90’s. Definitely giving Y2K vibes. Excellent pre-loved condition. Looks like it could have been altered on the straps but I’m not sure. Doesn’t appear to be missing any rhinestones.
