These pants are in very good preowned condition and they come from a smoke free home. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. They are size 10, inseam measured 31 1/2 inches, the rise is 10 inches, the leg opening is 9 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 17 1/2 inches across and stretches to 19 inches across.
