bertzzmom @thisisher 🌷Hi. You would have to take this up with poshmark. This item is brand new. I purchased it new in the package and kept it in a plastic container inside of a box stored with my other items. It has never been used and the only time it was out of the package and touched was when I took photos of it to list it on Poshmark. You can go online and look them up and they all look just like this one. You also received all the paperwork that came with it when I purchased it. Coco
