This is such a fun navy blue dress! Tiny pleats run various ways, giving extra visual interest to the slightly flared bottom. Zipper along back. It would be easy to dress this up or down, depending on the shoes/handbag/jewelry one went with. Very versatile. Planned on wearing it to a cocktail party, and sadly, never had the chance.
