Vintage Soure of New York Beaded Handbag

Step back in time with this stunning and highly collectible Vintage Soure of New York handbag. Circa 1950's, This exquisite piece features a heavily embellished tapestry design with a vibrant mix of sparkling glass seed beads and jeweled accents, depicting an intricate floral motif. The bag is accented by a beautiful, amber-colored Lucite top handle and a secure metal clasp closure. Topped is lined in beautiful gold bouquets and each corner is adorned with gold leaf emblems. Interior is clean with no rips or stains. It is lined in vinyl, as is a characteristic of these mid-century designs. The back exterior has a few small spots along the bottom (see pic) with very minor rubbing on one corner.
